If you are interested in specific Guild Services, please call one of the following numbers:

Mental Health Rehabilitation Services:   (basic living and social skills, medication assistance, etc.), call 651-457-2248.

Intensive Residential Treatment Services:  Talk with your Case Manager or Hospital Social Worker. 
If you don't have a manager or a worker, call Guild South at 651-455-6800.

Crisis Stabilization Services:  Call Dakota County Crisis Response Unit (CRU) anytime (24 hours a day) at 952-891-7171

Assertive Community Treatment (ACT) Services:   Talk with your Case Manager, hospital Social Worker, or Care Manager.
